Superpower for the instructor

A new tool in your toolbox.
Build lessons with pedagogy you control.

Grounded in four research-backed learner states. You set the heuristics. You confirm the reasoning. Then it builds: eight classroom-ready deliverables in 60 seconds, for any subject, any room.

Transparent by design

Before it builds anything,
it shows you its reasoning.

The heuristic runs visibly: cognitive load, cohort context, consequence level, mastery definition. You see the reasoning, push back if needed, then generate. The instructor drives.

Built for every room
9-12, higher ed, CE, workforce, corporate training. With a national mentor shortage, novice teachers need a structured framework they can use independently from day one. Meet the Moment gives them the words, the moves, and the architecture , before they walk in.
You confirm. Then it generates.
Meet the Moment runs a two-step process: heuristic reasoning first, generation second. You see the reasoning before anything is built. You push back, confirm, or adjust; then the deliverables generate. Your judgment stays in the loop.
The four states

Learners don't all
show up the same way.

Every room has learners in different places. These four states are snapshots of where someone is right now, not labels for who they are. Meet the Moment gives you a targeted script for each one.

The Resister
"Don't control me."
Pushes back, tests your credentials, disengages openly. Needs a choice, not a directive. The script gives two options and gets out of the way.
The Passenger
"I'm here but not really in it."
Doing the minimum. Roughly half your room. Needs a toehold from their own experience before they'll engage. The script finds that toehold.
The Achiever
"I can't afford to be wrong."
Paralysis, over-asking, waiting for approval before committing. The script reframes every task as provisional. There's no wrong answer yet.
The Explorer
"Let me build something."
Finishes early, goes deeper, pulls peers in. Needs a real constraint and real latitude, not busywork. The script opens a door and steps back.

How it works

Two steps. No black box.
You stay in control.

01
Heuristic reasoning, shown to you first
The app surfaces four reasoning cards before anything generates. Each one is a pedagogical decision. You read them, edit if needed, confirm. This is where your judgment lives.
02
Generation , your lesson in sixty seconds
Once you confirm the reasoning, the app builds everything. All eight deliverables are grounded in the heuristic decisions you just made. Not a template. Not a guess.
Cognitive Load
Recall, understand, apply, or analyze? Shapes the scenario depth and how much direct instruction is needed.
Cohort Context
What does this group bring? Prior experience, adjacent knowledge, or cold start? Shapes entry point and analogy choices.
Consequence Level
Legal risk, student harm, professional credibility, or certification requirement? High consequence gets a real-world scenario opener.
Mastery Definition
Not "passes a test." What would a supervisor see this learner doing differently on Monday? Shapes the exit ticket and worksheet tasks.
What you get

Eight deliverables.
Every lesson.

The Stake + Lecture Outline
Board opener and 10-15 min mini-lesson with scripted transitions, shaped by cognitive load and consequence level.
Worksheet + Answer Key
Two work blocks (apply then analyze) with scenarios drawn from your cohort context. Answer key generates silently.
State Scripts + Exit Ticket
Four targeted scripts for every engagement state, plus an exit ticket tied to your mastery definition , not generic recall.
Word Export (.docx)
Print-ready Word doc with your Stake, Worksheet, and Exit Ticket. Fully editable before you print.
PowerPoint Export (.pptx)
Slide deck ready to present or drop into NotebookLM for audio overview and infographic generation.
The Teach Tab
Live session layer. State scripts one tap away. Real-time tally. End-of-class debrief that updates the next lesson automatically.
Who it's for

Built for instructors
who teach real skills.

Dual Credit / Secondary
Mastery means transfer, not test performance
A student can apply the concept independently in an unfamiliar context , not just reproduce what was modeled. The lesson builds toward transfer.
Higher Ed
Mastery means defending reasoning, not just answers
A student can defend their reasoning, not just their answer. The lesson builds toward analysis and argument; the kind of thinking a discipline actually requires.
Continuing Ed / Certification
Mastery means handling the real situation without prompting
The lesson is built around consequence , what happens if they don't know this, and what a supervisor would see if they do.
Corporate / L&D
Mastery means observable behavior on the floor
Not a score on a knowledge check. The lesson is built around the workflow, the role, and the moment the skill is actually used.
Built for trust

Your data
stays yours.

Local-First Architecture
All lesson data, cohort profiles, and notes stay in your browser. Nothing leaves your device.
Human-in-the-Loop
You see and edit the four questions that shape your lesson before anything generates. You are the pedagogical lead.
Data Minimization
Processing happens once per session. Your inputs are never used to train models. When your lesson is built, they're gone.
